Saint Francis Medical Center Pampanga was founded by group of doctors in Dolores, City of San fernando, Pampanga.
San Fernandino Hospital Inc.
On August 28, 1997, it became San Fernandino Hospital Inc. and became a family corporation managed by Dr. Edgardo Deoduco and wife Mrs. Lerma C. Deoduco. It was then supervised by Sherley Panlilio, the Nursing Service Supervisor of the hospital.
SFHI Medical Arts
San Fernandino Hospital Inc. became one of the known hospitals in Pampanga. Few years later, due to rapid increase of patients, it expanded and started to establish the Medical Arts for Doctors and additional units.
It only have three (3) units before. But later on added ICU and 7 more units.

1997 - August 2010
- It was managed by Dr. Deoduco, the founder of the hospital.
2010 - September 2021
- Dr. Vincent C. Deoduco became the Medical Director and Mrs. Lerma C. Deoduco as the owner.
October 2021 - Present
- Dr. Edmundo R. Mercado became the CEO and Board and Director of the hospital. While Dr. Salvador A. Rivera IV became the Chief of Clinic in Medical Arts.
25th Founding Anniversary
- Recently, the hospital commemorated its 25th founding anniversary led by the current Medical Director Dr. Edmundo C. Mercado. An event was held to the hospital as the doctors, staffs as well as the patients celebrated together. Dr. Mercado and some of the staffs joined the motorcade to show that despite of the pandemic, the hospital is still flourishing and provides a quality care for all.
